FOUNDER and CEO
Saori has spent 13 years working at the frontlines of international development across Africa and South Asia, followed by private sector strategy roles with some of the world's most recognized organizations. She founded Bloom to bring that rare dual fluency — in institutions and in business — to organizations navigating global growth. She holds a master's degree from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.

Fumi brings over 20 years of experience at Microsoft, spanning software, HR, and Diversity & Inclusion leadership across Japan and the U.S. She leads Bloom's training and consulting delivery, with deep expertise in organizational transformation and cross-cultural management.
